You should be able to count on well-maintained roads, clean parks, accessible recreation facilities, dependable snow clearing, and timely responses when you contact the City.
As your City Councillor, I will improve follow-up on road, park, and infrastructure concerns so residents are not left wondering whether their issue has been addressed.
I will hold contractors and service providers accountable to clear performance standards and support responsive by-law enforcement focused on genuine neighbourhood concerns.
When delays or service disruptions occur, residents deserve clear and timely updates from the City.
Reliable services are not an added benefit—they are what taxpayers should expect.
